Some fixes go live quickly. Phone answering can usually run in 24 to 48 hours. Follow-up automation often goes live in 3 to 5 days. Lead conversion changes usually take 2 to 4 weeks to measure. Authority and visibility work can take 6 to 9 months.
We diagnose why. Sometimes the issue is upstream: ads, offer, website conversion, Google Business Profile, reviews, or local visibility. We adjust the system, fix the highest-leverage problem, or narrow the scope. No traps.
Yes. Most Looper Systems engagements are month-to-month unless we agree on a specific project scope. You are not locked into a long contract just to keep basic systems running.
You do. Your Google Business Profile, your customer data, your phone number, your domain. All yours from day one and yours when you leave. We build on your accounts, not on ours. If we part ways, you keep everything that's working.
No. Looper Systems does not create fake profiles, buy reviews, write fake reviews, or run sock puppet engagement. We build real authority through real customer reviews, legitimate directories, and approved content from real people.
No. Everything plugs into what you already use, your calendar, your phone, your existing tools. You don't change how you work.
Day to day, usually very little. The system can answer calls, route messages, book appointments, and run follow-up. We may need occasional approvals for reviews, visibility work, and public-facing content.
It hands off cleanly. Either it transfers to you (or whoever you designate), takes a detailed message, or books a callback. It doesn't pretend, doesn't guess, and doesn't lose the lead. You set the rules during setup. Customers who need a human get one.
We create a knowledge base from information you provide: services, pricing guidelines, service areas, hours, policies, and how you talk to customers. You test it before it goes live.
Answering services usually take messages. Looper Systems builds systems that answer, qualify, route, follow up, and move the customer closer to booking. Doing it yourself works if you have time to build, test, and maintain it.
We can do that. We'll start with what hurts most. Just know: fixing the phone without fixing follow-up and visibility is like patching one hole in a bucket with five. Your phone books 10 jobs that used to be missed calls, but if follow-up takes 3 days, half of those go to a competitor. We start where the pain is loudest and expand from there.
